Recap: Nobu Dallas

Nobu Dallas Cod and eggplant

Nobu Dallas is located in a fabulous hotel, Hotel Crescent Court.

When you walk into Nobu Dallas you feel like you’re inside of a very swanky Miami restaurant. It’s intimate due to the dimly lit atmosphere. Perfect for a date night!

I tend to be a miso soup snob. I make my own at home and eat at many asian restaurants and I approve this one.

I love that Nobu has okra and it was surprisingly good.

Nobu Dallas okraI loved the tacos, the vegetable taco in particular. And who knew I would favor the tacos when sushi is my number 1 favorite type of food.

My second favorite item was the spicy tuna roll. Everything was so fresh and I could probably eat about 3 times the amount because of this.

I was surprised by the size of the black cod with miso (in back). Definitely not mad about it, but I assumed it would be much smaller than this. As for flavor, I favored the eggplant miso dish over the cod.

Nobu has definitely turned into my favorite go to spot in Dallas. Dine in or take out!
